East Harlem has been graced with the emergence of the J Cellan Designs Floral Boutique.  Bringing style, class, sophistication, creativity, elegance, & expertise to a neighborhood that very much needed a dose of “Not the stereotypical flower shop”.  Pedestrians and shoppers alike gag and gasp when they view the window of this newly opened specialty floral boutique.  I once again was able to capture the above exquisite image of red tulips on location at J Cellan Designs Boutique at 501 East 116th Street.
