😀 Abstract Portrait Series: Ethereal Flow WhimZ’D ( Governance)

The fourth installment of my Ethereal  Flow WhimZ’D Series is entitled Governance.  What do you see?  While there is a lot more to this abstract when I look at this piece I see a massive system drunken and bloated with power looming exceedingly large. I also see portraits within portraits like the Russian doll.
