People constantly walk by and gag at the creations J Cellan displays in his boutique window.  J Cellan Designs definitely has brought high end quality and expertise to East Harlem.  The community is enriched seeing this small business owner of Ecuadorian heritage show NYC what is possible right here in the community and not just down town on 5th Ave or Madison even though his designs absolutely and most definitely should be.
